We meet all together on Sundays every week
Our Sunday morning worship services are a time to worship God as a community. We sing songs of praise, we pray, we read the Bible and we enjoy preaching consecutively through books of God's Word. Of course we also enjoy fellowship with one another. We are always eager to welcome friends and visitors to these services.
Nursery is provided for children up to 24 months old. There is a Preschool Class for 2-3 year olds, and a Kindergarten Class for 4-5 year olds. Normally, children 6 years old and older remain with their families in the church service.
Sunday morning worship begins at 10am and ends by 11:45am.
Our afternoons are designed to effect a more relaxed, 'family' feel to church. Each Sunday we enjoy lunch together at noon and then have a second meeting at 1pm.
The nature of teaching in these afternoons is more interactive and specifically geared towards the practical issues that Christians face in everyday life. There are three classes offered from 1 to 1:45 that run simultaneously.
Our GraceKids program for kids 4-11 runs during this time as well. The Nursery and Preschool rooms are open for childcare.
We meet in small groups every week on Wednesday nights
In an effort to be 'doers of the word and not hearers only' (James 1.22) we include all members in our small groups, known as Truth Application Groups (or TAGs). These groups aim to help us grow in godliness through the application of truth in a corporate context.
The conversation in these meetings is based on the sermon from Sunday morning and is geared towards helping us apply the Word to all of life. These meetings take place in the homes of various members across the city, on Wednesday or Thursday evenings from September to June.
